दो अभियानकर्ताओं और एक प्लेटफ़ॉर्म संचालक के विरुद्ध लोकनाथ स्वामी (Lokanath Swami) द्वारा पुनः दायर मानहानि के वाद में दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय (Delhi High Court) का पहला आदेश, 3 सितंबर 2024। न्यायालय ने वाद-पत्र को वाद के रूप में पंजीकृत किया, समन जारी किए, और एकपक्षीय अंतरिम निषेधाज्ञा (ex-parte ad-interim injunction) के लिए उनके आवेदन पर केवल नोटिस जारी किया, जिसमें प्रतिवादी पक्षकारों को उत्तर देने के लिए चार सप्ताह का समय दिया गया; कोई अंतरिम आदेश पारित नहीं किया गया। Indian Kanoon द्वारा प्रकाशित पाठ, 2 अक्टूबर 2026 की स्थिति के अनुसार; न्यायालय की हस्ताक्षरित प्रति दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध है। कुछ भी काला नहीं किया गया है।

2. The plaint be registered as a suit.

3. Issue summons. The learned counsels named above accepts notice on behalf of defendant nos.1
to 3 and waives formal service of summons.

4. Learned counsel for the defendants also inform that copies of the plaint, applications and

5. Let written statement be filed by the defendants within 30 days from today. The defendants shall

written statements shall not be taken on record.

6. The plaintiff is at liberty to file replication thereto within thirty days after filing of the written
statement. The replication shall be accompanied by affidavit of admission/denial in respect of the
documents filed by the defendants, failing which the replication shall not be taken on record.

7. It is made clear that any unjustified denial of documents may lead to an order of costs against the
concerned party.

8. Any party seeking inspection of documents may do so in accordance with the Delhi High Court
(Original Side) Rules, 2018.

9. List before the learned Joint Registrar for completion of pleadings, admission/denial of
documents and marking of exhibits on 11.11.2024.

10. List before Court on 03.12.2024.

11. The present application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking ex-parte ad-interim order.
